Our Sourdough Process
At Daily Bread and Bagel Co., we believe simple ingredients make the best bread — when treated with care and time.
Our sourdough is crafted the old-fashioned way: naturally leavened over 24+ hours for maximum flavor, nutrition, and digestibility. We use:
- Reverse Osmosis Water – Pure, clean water free from chlorine and contaminants, giving our dough a better fermentation environment and a cleaner taste.
- Unbleached, Unbromated Flour – We choose flour that’s free from harsh chemical treatments, allowing the natural flavor of the wheat to shine through.
- Redmond Real Salt – Mined in Utah and rich in trace minerals, this ancient sea salt enhances both flavor and health benefits.
Every loaf and bagel is hand-shaped, long-fermented, and baked fresh in small batches — just the way bread was meant to be.

Daily Bread and Bagel Co. is a veteran-owned microbakery founded by a mom and culinary arts graduate with a passion for real, nourishing food. What began as a way to feed my family with healthy and unprocessed baked goods -grew into a larger mission to serve our community with the same freshly made, naturally leavened sourdough and hand-rolled bagels.
We use only pure, simple ingredients—and take the time to slow-ferment each batch for the best flavor, texture, and digestibility.
